You will receive following in your email to constitute a virtual credit card . . . .
· 16 digit virtual credit card number
· 3 digits of CVC / CVC2 number - three digit security number, this is also called verification code. It
is normally found on the back of a credit card
· Expiry date of the card
· Name on card (this name is provided by the client to personalize virtual card)
· Billing address of card (this address is also provided by the client to personalize virtual card)
III. What is the validity/expiry of virtual credit card?
It has an expiry of 12 months
IV. Is there any monthly or card usage fee to be paid?
There is no *monthly fee or card usage/transaction fees on Visa VCC Reloadable Card.

Billing Address of the card will be any address provided by the client.
VIII. What will happen if at the time of expiry, there are some funds left in my account?
Any funds will also expire when a card expires, therefore it is highly advised to spend/use any balance at least 15 days before card expiration date

There is no restriction on number of cards can be ordered. Yes, you can get virtual card in your company or business name.
X. Can I book hotels online and purchase air tickets from websites?
Yes, you can book hotels online and purchase air tickets as long as there is no requirement to show physical card.
XI. What about balance inquiry?
Balance inquiry is provided upon request, and periodically monthly.
XII. Although this vcc works great at many online shops, websites and merchants, however at one or two sites/online merchants it didn't work, why?
No credit card in the world can claim work at 100% websites or merchants. The reason is simple, sometimes though a card is even active and have enough funds but is denied, because certain merchants have their own rules or adopt their own policy before accepting a credit card order. When this is the case then it is out of our control and we cannot force a merchant to accept the payment. Every card holder should understand this fact, however if certain merchant doesn't accept a card even though there is no problem then you can find the same product from another merchant.
XIII. Can this credit card be used at ATM machines for Cash withdrawal?
No, it is not possible, as there is no physical existence of this card. Being virtual it can only be used at online merchants, shops and websites or those merchants who accept orders via fax or telephone.
